About Us
Togweyne Nursing Home is a growing healthcare facility in Modogashe, registered with the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC), offering Outpatient, Inpatient, Maternity, Dental, Eye Care, Minor Surgery, Ultrasound, Pharmacy, and Specialized Clinic services, with a Theater currently being set up for general, major, minor, and C-section surgeries.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations, diagnosis, and treatment across general medicine
- Manage outpatient and inpatient caseloads
- Provide emergency and minor surgical care as needed
- Support maternity and specialized clinic services in collaboration with other clinical staff
- Refer complex cases appropriately and maintain accurate patient records
- Participate in health education and community outreach as required
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, infection control, and KMPDC guidelines
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Higher Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery from a recognized institution
- Valid registration and practicing license with the Clinical Officers Council (COC) — mandatory
- Strong diagnostic, communication, and patient management skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to be based in Modogashe
